Nate Maniktala brings more than 20 years’ experience in leading strategy for sustainable high-performance real estate projects. His clients include many of the world’s largest real estate investment companies, major U.S. brands, universities, and federal agencies. Maniktala has been a pioneer for sustainability in the industrial sector; his accomplishments include the first LEED® Certified warehouse, first LEED® Platinum Certified industrial building, and first WELL® Certified industrial building. He has served as an advisor for the development of the LEED® for Warehouse & Distribution Center, WELL® for Industrial, and the Fitwel® for Commercial & Industrial Sites rating systems. Additionally, Maniktala has served as an advising consultant to the U.S. General Services Administration’s Office of High-performance Green Buildings and as a state board member for the American Council of Engineering Companies.
