Dan Levitt brings more than 30 years of real estate experience and capital investment expertise to his role as the executive vice president of capital markets at Ryan Companies and oversees more than $2 billion in transactions annually. As head of capital markets, he is responsible for capital transactions in all of Ryan’s geographic markets, focusing on a wide range of property types and working closely with Ryan service leaders to develop creative solutions for customers and investors. His Capital Markets team originates and structures debt, equity, and joint ventures, directing the funding process from inception to closing. He is well respected for his strategic thinking, team building, problem solving, and presentation skills. Levitt is also a published author and commentator for all things professional baseball, authored five baseball books and made numerous appearances on the on the MLB Network.
