Kevin Welsh joined Newmark Capital Markets team in 2017 as an Executive Managing Director and is leading the expansion of the company’s capital markets platform in the Tri-State suburban market area. Kevin has over 25 years of experience and has transacted a number of record setting investment sales in his career. He has advised many of the top institutional investors in the country and has been involved in sales transactions and recapitalizations in excess of $6 billion over the last five years.
