Joshua Sewald is a senior principal of Dynamic Engineering Consultants and was elected to the board of directors in January 2023. Sewald joined the firm as a junior design engineer in 2011 and has successfully developed himself into a senior equity partner at the firm. He provides practical experience with commercial, residential and industrial land development projects. His primary experience extends throughout the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Texas and Florida.

His main goal is to become an extension of a client's development company and act as a liaison for land development services.
