As Senior Director of Development for the Dallas VanTrust office, Max Mueller is primarily responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of development and build-to-suit opportunities in VanTrust’s primary asset classes. Additional responsibilities include coordination with municipalities, leasing negotiations, and the management of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Prior to joining VanTrust, Max worked at Logistics Property Co. for 9 years, focusing on industrial development throughout the Texas and Mexico regions. Max graduated from Texas Christian University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate.
