David Hurley, LEP, PG is Senior Manager of Brownfield Services with Langan Engineering and Environmental Services Inc., a full service consulting firm specializing in real estate development, with 34 offices throughout the United States and abroad. He is based at the Langan New Haven, CT office. Dave has over 30 years of experience managing and directing environmental and multidisciplinary projects. His projects include waterfront redevelopment, innovation centers, urban infill, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, educational, multi-family and affordable housing developments in New England and New York. Dave’s passion is to assist clients through the regulatory and technical complexities of redeveloping environmentally challenged properties. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Sciences from the University at Albany. Prior to joining Langan Dave was a Vice President/Principal of a regional full service consulting firm for over 20 years. Dave is a member of the Connecticut General Assembly’s Brownfield Working Group which has developed innovative regulatory changes, liability relief and funding programs. He has been an active member of the Connecticut and Suburban New York NAIOP Chapter since 2004 and serves on the chapter’s Board of Directors.
