David Krumwiede is a 54-year resident of Arizona and a 36-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. During his tenure in the market, Krumwiede has developed over 16 million square feet and acquired over 6 million square feet of Class A commercial product. Krumwiede spent 15 years with OPUS, where he ultimately became Vice President for the Southwest operations. In 2001, Krumwiede joined Lincoln Property Company as Regional Partner, where he continues to oversee a region spanning Arizona, Utah, Nevada and New Mexico. Specific responsibilities include development, acquisition, disposition, debt | equity financing, joint ventures, leasing and asset | property management.
