Named “Executive of the Year” in 2023 by the Portland Business Journal, Evan brings the juice, passion and heart to the projects and people he works with every day. He is a Partner at Pacific NW Properties, a Beaverton, Oregon based commercial real estate development, investment and property management firm, where he oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development site selection, and marketing, amongst other focus areas. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Evan volunteers his time with numerous charitable organizations and sits on several boards, including NAIOP, Westside Economic Alliance and Revitalize Portland Coalition. Under Evan’s leadership as President in 2022, NAIOP Oregon was honored with the two biggest awards in North America: “National Chapter of the Year,” as well as “National President of the Year.”
