Darcie Lunsford specializes in the representation of landlords in the leasing of office buildings in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Lunsford and her team executed more than 200 transactions in the past three years, generating more than $150 million in aggregate lease and sale value on behalf of clients. Among her notable assignments was the full renovation, rebranding and re-tenanting of the largest office tower in northwest Broward, where her team increased occupancy from 20% to 80% in 24 months, raising rents by 33%. Lunsford also oversaw the rapid lease-up of the landmark Bank of America building in downtown Pompano Beach, Florida, taking occupancy from 50% to 92%, then sold it at a record capitalization rate for that submarket.
