Ryan Tompkins is responsible for leasing Hunt Midwest’s growing portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings and the same of build-to-suit properties in the Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky and Florida markets. He works directly with commercial real estate brokers, site selection consultants, and economic development agencies to develop business opportunities and expand Hunt Midwest’s industrial footprint.
Ryan has nearly 30 years of experience, including more than 14 years at Hunt Midwest. He has been involved in the leasing or sale of more than 15 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and build-to-suit projects at Hunt Midwest properties. Ryan has played an integral role in leveraging Hunt Midwest’s reputation, relationships, and resources in bringing new business and development and creating successful real estate solutions to its growing portfolio.
Ryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute of Kansas City and earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Kansas. He currently resides with his family in Prairie Village, Kansas.
