Tyler Mordas is a vice president, industrial development for Brookfield Properties, a leading development platform for industrial, office, retail and hotel globally. He is involved with all parts of the development process including sourcing and developing large scale industrial projects in the Northeast U.S. The Northeast development team currently has over 22 projects either under construction or in the entitlement phase totaling +/- 7.0 million square feet in New Jersey; Massachusetts; Long Island, New York; Virginia and Maryland.
