Pat Pierce is a partner with Selwyn Property Group, Inc., a full-service commercial developer specializing in industrial, office, multifamily and retail development in the Southeast. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Pat has over 35 years of real estate investment, leasing, development and management experience and has led the development and leasing of over 10 million square feet of space primarily in industrial, but also multifamily and office space over his career. He was formerly a partner with Childress Klein Properties in Charlotte, NC. A NAIOP member since 2009, Pat is past president of the Charlotte NC Chapter and is a current board member. He has also served on NAIOP’s Corporate Board of Directors. Pat is currently a member of the Industrial Development IV Forum.
