John has over two decades of diverse account management experience, with extensive relationships in the commercial and industrial real estate industries. Over the last 10+ years with Safari Energy, John has developed hundreds of solar power projects for REITs, institutional and private portfolio owners across all asset classes. He previously served as Managing Partner with real estate advisory firm NOI Strategies, a division of CohnReznick, where he implemented operational cost saving strategies for large REITs. He was also SVP of Commercial Services with Zenta, an Accenture company, in charge of operational efficiency strategies for large real estate owners and investors. Additional experience includes Warmington Group, a Bay Area developer, Legacy Partners and Sumitomo Bank. Based in New York, John is a frequent speaker at real estate and sustainability events nationally. He holds a BS in Resource Economics from The University of Maryland.
