Paul Boldrick

Paul Boldrick serves as Senior Vice President for Affinius Capital. Paul works across the data center, life sciences and office development businesses with a primary focus on data center development via the Corscale platform. Responsibilities include sourcing of new business, execution of existing development projects through their life cycle, and helping direct strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Affinius in 2025, Paul worked at Invesco Real Estate where he helped lead equity transactions efforts for the New England market, and life sciences and data centers, nationally. Before Invesco, Paul worked on the transactions teams at Norges Bank and Crow Holdings.

Paul graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor of science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce.
