Joseph (Joe) Burak is passionate about helping organizations harness the power of analytics and AI to streamline operations and unlock hidden value. As the founder of TRANSiT Strategy & Analytics, he partners with executives and teams across industries to identify where AI can have the greatest impact – whether that’s improving internal workflows, elevating the customer journey, surveying members or planning for the future. He brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to emerging technologies, focusing on enhancing teamwork rather than replacing it.

Prior to launching TRANSiT, Burak spent nearly two decades advising senior leaders at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Federation, where he led strategic planning, member engagement, and data initiatives. He’s a frequent speaker on AI adoption and decision making, with a style that makes complex concepts approachable and actionable. He holds an MBA in business analytics from George Washington University.
