Abbie Wertheim is a partner with Panattoni Development Company, overseeing all aspects of industrial development across Northern California, including origination, design, entitlement, construction, leasing and disposition. Since joining Panattoni in 2020, she has progressed through multiple leadership roles and now leads the Northern California development team on both build-to-suit and speculative projects. Wertheim brings a diverse background in brokerage, real estate economics, and public-private partnerships, and remains actively involved in several industry and community organizations.
