David Gockel is president/CEO of Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc., a full-service consulting firm specializing in real estate development, with 26 offices throughout the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Gockel joined NAIOP in 1989 and has served multiple terms on the NJ Chapter Board of Trustees and has been a strong supporter of NAIOP for over 25 years.  He is a current member of the Research Foundation’s Research Committee.
