Throughout his 19-year career, Robert has worked on a wide range of product types including ground-up Class A commercial office buildings, corporate interiors, ground-up churches, ground-up select service hotels, multifamily development projects, ground-up self-storage facilities, pure retail assets and historic renovations. Robert has been directly responsible or involved with the entire real estate lifecycle including due diligence, site selection, underwriting, entitlements, design, construction and asset management. He has led project teams including attorneys, architects, engineers, specialty consultants, general contractors and property managers with successful planning, execution and delivery of these development projects. Robert's previous experience, in roles as a general contractor, developer, owner and tenant, provides him with a unique perspective to understand the challenges and requirements of each stakeholder involved in real estate, and allows him to successfully lead and navigate project teams through the entire project lifecycle.
