As Vice President and market leader, Mindy is responsible for directing the development and investment activities of commercial properties in the Mountain West region, with an emphasis on Colorado’s front range. Mindy has over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining United Properties, she oversaw the industrial and office development portfolio at Confluent Development in Denver, where she was charged with sourcing and executing developments and strategic acquisitions in key markets across the U.S. Her experience at Confluent also included STNL developments for key retail clients including Walgreens, Chipotle and Starbucks. Prior to Confluent Development, Mindy spent two years at Prologis where she executed acquisitions, dispositions, sale/leasebacks, fund contributions, and 1031s for Prologis REIT and affiliates' North American assets, completing 36 transactions valued at over $767 million. She started her real estate career at CBRE’s Minneapolis office in brokerage, focusing on industrial and office leasing and industrial, office, and retail investment sales.
Mindy’s industry achievements include the 2016 National NAIOP Developing Leader of the Year award, 2015-2016 NAIOP MN Developing Leaders Committee Chair. She was also the 2012 CBRE MN RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence) Award Recipient. Mindy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Business from the University of Iowa.
