Sonya Huffman is Link’s chief administrative officer, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the company’s nationwide portfolio of real estate assets. She directs critical firm-wide priorities including property management, customer experience, sustainability, transactions, customer onboarding and people operations.
Prior to the formation of Link in 2019, Huffman served as managing director of operations at Gramercy Property Trust, an investor in and asset manager of industrial and office real estate, for more than eight years. She previously held the role of senior vice president of operations at American Financial Realty Trust and began her real estate career with Rite Aid Corporation.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and is the executive sponsor of Ascend, Link’s women’s empowerment network. She is a mother of five and, when not working, spends her time promoting autism awareness, baking, exercising, and enjoying her family.
