Ohad Porat serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Faropoint, where he leads the company’s investment strategy across diverse markets and verticals. His responsibilities span acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property operations, construction and development, and go-to-market strategy. Under his strategic leadership, Faropoint has significantly expanded its portfolio and market presence. Porat has overseen the acquisition of more than 500 industrial assets and the disposition of over 150 properties, while also negotiating upwards of 400 leases. He spearheaded Faropoint’s expansion into 16 key U.S. markets. His approach to identifying market opportunities has been instrumental in advancing Faropoint’s technology-driven investment strategy. He has championed the integration of data science and proprietary technology into the company’s workflows, enabling scalable, insights-driven decision-making. Through his leadership, the company has effectively targeted market inefficiencies and uncovered high-potential opportunities, contributing to the acquisition of over $3 billion in industrial real estate assets since 2018.
