As a development associate at Titan Development since 2018, Rafael focuses on the group’s portfolio of storage, retail, multifamily, and investment opportunities across various property sectors in California, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. He is responsible for site selection, due diligence, underwriting, market feasibility, and land development. Rafael is an active member of NAIOP New Mexico, the commercial real estate organization. In September 2022, Rafael was recognized as NAIOP NM Developing Leader of the Year. As a developing leader, Rafael focused on increasing membership through planning educational and social events for up-and-coming professionals in commercial real estate. Rafael received a BBA in Finance from the University of New Mexico.
