Ada Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Real Estate’s $3.0 billion portfolio. She has led the team’s redevelopment of 60 acres in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, expanded the company’s footprint to Bellevue, and partnered with Seattle Housing Authority on its redevelopment of Yesler Terrace, a former low-income public housing project. Under her direction, Vulcan Real Estate has developed 9 million square feet of commercial office and life sciences space and more than 4,000 residential units. Healey can be credited with Vulcan Real Estate’s widespread industry recognition for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability. Healey holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
