John Condas is a partner at the law firm of Allen Matkins where he advises clients on federal, state, regional, and local government approvals, CEQA compliance and CEQA settlements to develop their real estate projects. He has successfully led legal due diligence and entitlement teams in nearly 200 jurisdictions and federal, state and regional agencies for projects throughout California and the Western U.S. Condas has assisted industrial developers and owners in due diligence, entitlement processing and CEQA compliance involving over 65 million square feet. He has been involved with the NAIOP Inland Empire chapter for many years, including serving as president in 2015.
