Hannah Mathew is a Real Estate Strategy Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield and a Master’s in Real Estate candidate at Portland State University. After pursuing a successful tech startup exit, she found her next chapter in commercial real estate—driven by a desire to understand how capital shapes cities - and how cities shape us. At Cushman & Wakefield, she works alongside top-performing brokerage teams, contributing to valuation, financial analysis, and strategic consulting.
As Chair of the Real Estate Emerging Leaders Club, Hannah leads programming that connects students with industry leaders and builds pathways into the profession. Her career spans New York, London, Seattle, and India, grounding her in a global outlook and systems-level thinking. When she’s not in the office or classroom, you can find her chasing heights— running on Portland’s forested trails or skiing on the slopes of Mount Hood.
