David Bales is an executive vice president and principal at Lee & Associates, based in Los Angeles, with more than 20 years of experience specializing in logistics and transportation real estate. He has negotiated over $$1.5 billion in total consideration, advising some of the world’s most prominent logistics and supply chain companies on complex, multi-market real estate strategies. As a co-chair of Lee & Associates’ National Logistics Group and leader of the firm’s Los Angeles–Long Beach Ports Group, Bales focuses on aligning real estate decisions with supply chain efficiency, port access and long-term corporate growth. His expertise spans nationwide site selection, lease negotiations, Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), and large-scale build-to-suit and expansion projects.
