Best serves as the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Sectors Strategy and Workforce Partnerships for the New Jersey Community College Consortium Pathways to Career Initiative focused on creating a statewide network of education and workforce strategies that is industry driven, partnership-based and focused on equity and inclusion. Informed by industry leadership teams comprised of employers, industry associations and labor unions, he works with the Centers for Workforce Innovation to map pathways in supply chain and manufacturing industry, integrating technology and building pathways around in-demand industry-valued credentials that will expand opportunities and access for New Jersey residents.
