Will Pearce is the CEO and co-founder of real estate legal AI platform Orbital. This legaltech helps lawyers and property professionals get an immediate understanding of real estate matters, using trusted data, mapping and purpose-built AI, and powers 200,000+ real estate transactions per year for leading law firms and real estate businesses. Since co-founding Orbital in 2018, Pearce has led the company’s expansion from London to New York, and in January 2026 announced Orbital’s $60M Series B to accelerate its mission of automating real estate legal processes in the U.S. and UK.
