Eric Edelmayer has been involved in real estate and construction for over 30 years. Upon graduation from University of Southern California, Eric joined Bank of America. Having interned with Cushman & Wakefield's Downtown LA office while in college, Eric sought a career in commercial real estate and joined Jackson Properties. During his career with Jackson he has served as Senior Asset Manager, Vice President of Development & Leasing, and now President.
As President, Eric oversees the company's various departments including Development, Construction, Asset Services, Leasing, Property Management and Facility Management.
Eric is the current Board President of NAIOP Sacramento and the immediate past Board Chair of the Power Inn Alliance. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, LAI Land Economics Society, and is and active supporter of Christian Brother's High School and the Sacramento Turn Verein.
