Erin Thrash serves as the vice president of architecture and design for Rexford Industrial. a publicly traded industrial real estate investment and management company operating over 46 million square feet of industrial properties throughout Southern California. She runs a team of in-house designers and architects who exclusively work on the Rexford portfolio. She is developing the company’s robust building specifications to allow for their LEED volume model to position all Rexford redevelopments and repositions for LEED Platinum potential. Consistently looking to improve upon this model, Rexford is now working to reduce carbon emissions by 30% in their new developments, setting science-based targets, and creating better environments for our native bee populations.
