As a managing director based in the New York office, Tom Griggs is responsible for leading the industrial and logistics practice for Hines in the East region. His primary focus is on sourcing and executing new development and acquisition opportunities for the New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C., offices. Prior to joining Hines in 2019, Griggs worked on transportation infrastructure projects for Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA), along with industrial acquisition and development roles with Realterm, JLL and LaSalle Investment Management in North America and Central and Eastern Europe. He earned his MBA from The Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago along with his Bachelor of Science, Finance from Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
