Jason Lundy is a managing director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and a member of the Northeast Industrial Capital Markets platform. He represents and advises both institutional and private clients in the disposition and acquisition, or development of industrial assets. His expertise includes warehouse, manufacturing and distribution, shallow-bay and flex product, outdoor storage, and ground-up development. He also provides advisory services for equity placement transactions within the industrial and development sectors throughout the capital stack.
