Gregory Williams is Principal and Co-founder of Cardinal Point Management, LLC (“Cardinal Point”). Cardinal Point is a leading owner, operator, and broker of commercial and residential properties throughout Florida. Prior to Co-Founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked as a Real Estate Associate for Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and as an Associate at Advance Realty Group, a regional owner, operator and developer of commercial real estate in New Jersey. Mr. Williams is actively involved and serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Council (“REIC”) Tampa Bay, NAIOP Tampa Bay, the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, and the USF Real Estate Advisory Board. Mr. Williams graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
