Throughout his career, Jack Fraker has been a consistent top national producer in industrial and logistics sales, representing some of the country’s largest corporations, global investors, pension fund advisors, REITs and corporate tenants. He has personally completed over 1,800 industrial & logistics capital markets transactions totaling 1.5 billion square feet and $85 billion in more than 60 U.S. cities, Mexico, Europe, Japan and South America. He has also advised on approximately 12,000 acres of development sites and over 300 office/industrial leasing assignments. As a partner with other firms prior to Newmark, Fraker was cumulatively involved in over 3.3 billion square feet and $220 billion in various projects.
