Kurt Browning is a Partner of Titan Development and a Principal of Titan Fund Management (Private Equity Fund) focusing on several asset classes. Kurt specializes in venture structure, strategic planning, investment underwriting, entitlements, and equity/debt management. His real estate development experience also includes acquisitions, dispositions, build to suits/spec construction, and redevelopments. Kurt assists with sourcing equity and financing throughout the project development process. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kurt has overseen over $850M in total development. His familiarity and relationships with all municipal, State and government officials, in multiple jurisdictions are unparalleled creating a strong development platform for Titan in New Mexico, Texas, Florida and Colorado.
