Andrew Goodman is a senior managing director of investments at Link Logistics, responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s disposition activity nationally. He joined Link in 2019, bringing significant experience in real estate finance, investments and dispositions. Most recently, he was chief financial officer of Colony Capital’s industrial platform where he held responsibility for the overall financial management of the platform and assisted with debt placement, fundraising and investor relations. Prior to his CFO role, he spent five years in Colony Capital’s New York office where he sourced and executed new investments. Before that, he spent more than seven years at Shorenstein Properties, focused on debt and equity investments in the office real estate sector. He began his career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank in their real estate investment banking group.
