Cameron has been involved in the industry and a part of the Ware Malcomb team since 2007. As Regional Vice President, Cameron is responsible for the overall leadership of the Midwest Region, including the Chicago, Oak Brook, Washington, D.C., and Columbus offices. In addition, Cameron oversees the overall growth and leadership of the Ware Malcomb Industrial Cold & Food Practice companywide. A member of Ware Malcomb’s Executive Team, he serves as an Account Executive on select national corporate accounts and provides extensive Industrial Design expertise to clients.
Cameron is a licensed architect, LEED Accredited Professional, and has experience in all facets of architecture, including manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, food processing, office, and R&D. As a recognized expert in the commercial real estate industry, he has served as a speaker, panelist, and moderator for conferences such as the Chicago Industrial Properties’ Transportation and Logistics Conference, NAIOP I.CON Impact Projects Conference, and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Industrial Strength Connections Summit. Cameron is also one of the NAIOP Research Foundation Visionaries and actively participates in NAIOP conference planning committees.
