Stephen Hess’ development experience spans 30 years, and includes office, retail and industrial. In 2006 he accepted a position with Exel Inc., today known as DHL Supply Chain. Since that time, he has been responsible for developing over 13 million square feet of warehouse space across North America. The move to DHL enabled him to learn the basics of logistics from and operators view and provided DHL the opportunity to be more actively involved in the development industry.
