Chiagorom (Chi) Osu is a senior real estate executive with over 17 years of experience in acquisitions, development and economic development across multiple property types. He currently serves as head of U.S. logistics development at Mapletree Investments, where he leads the firm’s U.S. logistics development platform and oversees all aspects of the investment and development lifecycle. Osu’s track record includes more than $3 billion in nationwide acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations, representing more than 8 million square feet of institutional-grade assets. His career includes senior roles at Prologis, Lotus Equity Group, and Loeb Partners Realty. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University.
