Chiagorom (Chi) Osu is a real estate investment executive with over 15 years of acquisitions, development, and economic development experience with a variety of organizations across various property types. Chi currently works for Mapletree and has worked for Prologis, the City of Newark, Lotus Equity Group and Loeb Partners Realty. He has been involved in acquisition, development and recapitalization transactions exceeding $2.7 billion nationwide consisting of approximately 6.9 million square feet.
As a graduate student at NYU Schack Real Estate, Chi was awarded the President’s Service Award for distinguished achievement and service to the NYU community. He has served on the board of for-profit and non-profit organizations including NYU Schack Alumni Board of Directors, Enterprise Gotham Society, the Junior Board of Eagle Academy Foundation and Friends of St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University. Chi is a member of the NAIOP Industrial Acquisitions V Forum.
