Ben Goodsir

Ben Goodsir is the head of commercial, United States, for Singapore-based Mapletree, overseeing the group’s nationwide office portfolio. With more than 30 years in commercial real estate, Goodsir has experience in fundraising, acquisition and asset management across all major asset classes. Before joining Mapletree in 2021, he was the senior vice president of asset management at Paramount Group Inc. and head of portfolio management at Allianz Real Estate of Americas. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
