Dr. Elaine Worzala, CRE, FRICS is a clinical professor at Clemson University. Recently ranked in the top 50 Global Scholars in real estate, her publications are extensive. Research interests include real estate valuation, investment, proptech, sustainability and education. Teaching interests include the real estate process, market analysis, valuation, and investment.
