Heath Johnson brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate management and development. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Market Officer for Prologis, where he oversees the company’s Dallas operations, encompassing more than 61 million square feet of logistics properties.

Prior to joining Prologis, Heath held senior leadership roles at Cousins Properties as SVP and Managing Director for the Dallas and Houston markets, and at Hines, where he served as Market Leader and Managing Director. At Hines, he was responsible for office development, acquisitions, asset management, and operations across the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

An active member of NAIOP North Texas since 2009, Heath joined the Board of Directors in 2022. He chaired the Membership Committee in both 2023 and 2024 and is serving as President-Elect in 2025.

Heath holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Finance from Louisiana State University.
