Celeste is the chief development officer and co-founder of Confluent, headquartered in Denver. Since 2014, she has led the company’s expansive and diverse development platform – spanning senior living, multifamily, office, industrial and retail – with a pipeline now topping $400 million.
She is a member of the NAIOP Colorado chapter, bringing deep experience, energy and passion to this leadership role.
