Since founding SkipStone in 2017, Hurd has supported clients includng the City of San Jose, helping them negotiate a development agreement with Google and Lendlease for seven million square feet of office and 6,000 units of housing, and has helped Community Roots Housing capitalize and develop the first mass timber workforce housing project in the country. In his most recent role, Mallory was the senior vice president for Walmart International Real Estate based in Hong Kong. During his five-year assignment overseas, Mallory was also the president of Asia Realty, a development company subsidiary of Walmart Stores.
