Follow these steps to add a tour to your existing registration:

  1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
  3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find CRE.Converge 2023 under Upcoming Meetings Only and click on it.
  4. Click "Edit Registration" under your address information. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step”
  5. Scroll down to find the project tour or ticketed event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

Life Science

Tour 1 - Innovations in Life Science

Seattle is one of the top emerging life science hubs in the U.S. This growth is tied to educational institutions and the growing pool of strong talent in the region. We'll begin with a stop at the highly awarded University of Washington Life Sciences Building hosted by Perkins + Will. The tour continues with an exclusive look at the just completed Unison Elliott Bay, RMR Group's three-building, waterfront workplace destination with unobstructed views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.

Rainer Square

Tour 2 - Rainier Square: A City Block Unlike Any Other

Rainier Square occupies a prominent position in Seattle’s skyline. The 1.1 million-square-foot project includes a 58-story tower containing 734,000 square feet of office space and 189 luxury apartment residences on its uppermost floors with 360-degree unobstructed views. Winner of the 2023 Opal Award for innovative new construction techniques, Rainier Square’s SpeedCore design solves a problem that plagues tall building construction everywhere: how to best minimize schedule lags when building a concrete core that leads the erection of the surrounding steel structure. Luxury Multifamily

Tour 3 - Luxury Multifamily in Seattle: Trends, Amenities and Innovations

Two of Seattle’s newest and most innovative luxury multifamily high-rise communities, Ovation and The Ivey on Boren, will be on display with their industry-leading project teams - Quarterra and the Holland Partner Group, respectively - to discuss the latest advancements and amenities in luxury apartment living in the Pacific Northwest.

Seattle Convention Center

Tour 4 - North America’s First High-Rise Convention Center: The Seattle Convention Center

Join Auburn Mechanical, Pine Street Group, LMN, Clark and Arup for a presentation and tour of the Seattle Convention Center. Explore this $2 billion, 1.5 million-square-foot structure, which covers a full city block and extends 14 stories over the I-5 freeway, including 62 meeting rooms, 573,770 square feet of event space, a 58,000-square-foot ballroom, 140,700 square feet of lobby space and a 14,000-square-foot outdoor garden terrace. The building integrates an array of sustainability features and environmentally friendly design elements including plant-based acoustic ceiling tiles; bio-based fabric panels; electric vehicle charging stations; rooftop solar panels; and a rainwater harvesting system.

Bellevue

Tour 5 - A Mixed-use Success Story in Bellevue

See firsthand the highlights of a 5.5 million-square-foot mixed-use success story in the heart of Bellevue, the epicenter of one of the nation’s most promising business markets. Meet the leadership team and hear how they are outpacing trends and helping businesses get back to work in a vibrant urban core. Then, enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the Puget Sound region from the top of Ascend restaurant, where the tour will conclude with a special reception.

Spring District

Tour 6 - The Spring District

What was once 36 acres of warehouses and surface parking has been transformed into Bellevue’s newest urban neighborhood. Developer Wright Runstad & Company, with joint venture partner Shorenstein Properties, has spent the last 15 years creating a 16-block transit-oriented development centered around the Spring District/120th light rail station. Beyond its borders, The Spring District serves as a thriving catalyst for developer interest throughout the 900-acre Bel-Red corridor between downtown Bellevue and Redmond. Hear from the developer, architect and city planning director about the vision and collaboration that brought this multibillion-dollar project to life, and tour what is now home to hundreds of residents and thousands of employees of some of the world’s most innovative organizations. Then, enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the Puget Sound region from the top of Ascend restaurant, where the tour will conclude with a special reception.

Living Building Challenge

Tour 7 - The Living Building Challenge: Sustainability in Seattle

Ticketed event; $100 USD fee.
1 - 4:30 p.m.

How do you get additional height and floor area ration (FAR) in Seattle? By building to meet the Living Building Challenge (LBC). This pilot program allows you to request additional departures from the Seattle Land Use Code through design review in exchange for meeting the LBC. The LBC is a rigorous green building certification program, administered by the International Living Future Institute, that defines the most advanced measure of sustainability for buildings and landscapes. Two of Seattle’s most innovative and sustainable office developments, both permitted under the LBC program, 400 Westlake (Perkins + Will) and Northlake Commons (Weber Thompson), will be on display with their industry-leading project teams to discuss the latest advancements in sustainable building systems and technologies featured in their forward-thinking, environmentally conscious developments.

Amazon Spheres

Tour 8 - The Amazon Spheres

Start with a walking tour that includes an exclusive look at The Amazon Spheres, the company’s private office space. Hear from a Sphere’s project specialist with Sellen Construction as well as Amazon leaders within Global Real Estate Facilities and World-Wide Real Estate divisions. End with refreshments and networking at Deep Dive, a Curtis Steiner art-installation-turned-cocktail lounge in the base of The Spheres.
