Begin with a tour of Torus, an active manufacturing facility producing next-generation modular power systems designed to expand power capacity for industrial and commercial users. The facility is located within Property Reserve Inc.’s premier big-box industrial development. Continue to the Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) remediation site, a 770-acre redevelopment led by Ninigret Group. Phase I will deliver approximately 180 acres of prime industrial land later this year, illustrating how large-scale remediation and infrastructure investment are preparing sites for future development. This tour highlights both advanced industrial users and large-scale land transformation, with practical insight into power, site strategy and industrial growth in the region and concludes with refreshments and time to connect with fellow attendees.
