Follow these steps to add a special event to your registration:

  1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
  3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find National Forums Symposium 2026 and click on it.
  4. Hit the green Edit Registration button under your name. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step.”
  5. Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

Downtown Salt Lake Adaptive Reuse Tour

Go behind the scenes of two standout redevelopment projects transforming downtown Salt Lake City. The tour begins at The Lumber Building, a 1909 brick-and-timber asset reimagined as Class A office space and now home to VanTrust Real Estate’s Salt Lake City office. The renovation blends historic character with modern systems, structural upgrades and high-end finishes in a highly accessible downtown location. The tour continues at The Seraph, Hines’ conversion of a former office building into residential use. Hear how the team evaluated feasibility, navigated design and structural challenges, and delivered modern units and amenities in a shifting office market. Together, these projects highlight practical strategies for adaptive reuse and redevelopment, from conversion economics and design considerations to tenant demand and long-term value creation.

Salt Lake Industrial Tour

Explore the major projects shaping Salt Lake City’s Northwest Quadrant, hosted by the Freeman | Healey | Jensen | Hunt Industrial Team at Colliers. Begin with a tour of Torus, an active manufacturing facility producing next-generation modular power systems designed to expand power capacity for industrial and commercial users. The facility is located within Property Reserve Inc.’s premier big-box industrial development. Continue to the Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) remediation site, a 770-acre redevelopment led by Ninigret Group. Phase I will deliver approximately 180 acres of prime industrial land later this year, illustrating how large-scale remediation and infrastructure investment are preparing sites for future development. This tour highlights both advanced industrial users and large-scale land transformation, with practical insight into power, site strategy and industrial growth in the region and concludes with refreshments and time to connect with fellow attendees.
