Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Monday, February 28, 2022, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Monday, March 14, 2022, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to education@naiop.org or faxed to 703-904-7003.

Health and Safety Protocols

The safety and well-being of conference attendees are top priorities for NAIOP. At I.CON West, NAIOP will follow recommendations from the CDC, working with the host hotel to follow protocols based on current national, local and health advisories and requirements.
