All registrations processed online receive an automatic order confirmation and receipt. If you register via mail or phone, a receipt must be requested by contacting education@naiop.org.

Recording and Videography

Attendees of I.CON Data Centers may be captured by audio and video and consent to appear in conference recordings and promotional materials. For questions or to request not to appear in conference recordings, email hamilton@naiop.org.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Monday, April 27, 2026, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Monday, May 11, 2026, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours and ticketed receptions) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to education@naiop.org.

Special Accommodations
