NAIOP Research Foundation Hockey Night

February 2, 7 p.m., Capital One Arena, Washington, D.C.  

Join the NAIOP Research Foundation for an exciting night of hockey and networking as the Washington Capitals take on the New York Islanders.

Club Level Tickets are $200 each and proceeds benefit the Research Foundation. You will receive an electronic link to access your tickets before game time. Only 45 tickets are available.

Notes:

Capital One Arena has a strict no bag policy. Bags, backpacks and purses will not be permitted inside the Arena. Wallet-size clutches no larger than 5” x 7”, medical bags and parenting bags no larger than 14” x 14” x 6” will be permitted and subject to security screening. Capital One Arena will not check or store any of the listed prohibited items. Please leave them at the Hilton! The fair market value of the ticket is $149; $51 may be deductible as a charitable contribution to the extent allowed by law.

No food or drink is included with the cost of the ticket. The tickets are on the Club level and afford guests a great view of the ice and access to the Club level where there are numerous food and drink options.

Guests are on their own for transportation. Capital One Arena is a short Uber or Taxi ride from the Hilton.

Follow these steps to add a special event to your registration:

1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find Chapter Leadership and Legislative Retreat 2026 and click on it.
4. Hit the green Edit Registration button under your name. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step.”
5. Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.
